Job Description
Seeking a technically proficient leader to head our Renewable Energy Division. The Managing Director will oversee operations, drive strategic growth, and manage project development within the renewable energy and petroleum sectors. This senior role demands a visionary with extensive experience in operations and project management, aiming to optimize profitability and efficiency across the division.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute group business strategies and operational plans.
- Lead project development, from initiation to financial close, ensuring compliance and profitability.
- Establish and manage a trading company, securing necessary licenses and customer agreements.
- Oversee asset management, operations, and maintenance to maximize return on investment.
- Strategic oversight of petroleum energy operations, including retail and logistics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or technical Master’s is a plus.
- 10 – 15 years of executive management experience in the renewable energy or petroleum industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage company operations, with a successful track record in business growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
