Key Responsibilities

🔹 Project Coordination & Execution

✔ Assist in planning, design, and execution of solar PV & battery energy storage projects.
✔ Support project installations from contract award to project completion.
✔ Ensure adherence to SOPs & ERP system (Procore) for procurement, budget tracking, and subcontractor qualifications.
✔ Oversee project documentation, budget activities, and risk assessment.
✔ Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and local authorities to maintain project timelines & quality standards.
✔ Work onsite at construction projects and ensure safety compliance (OSHA & client safety practices).

🔹 Compliance & Risk Management

✔ Identify and mitigate risks impacting project success throughout the lifecycle.
✔ Ensure OSHA compliance & safety protocols are followed at all times.
✔ Monitor construction activities to ensure projects meet time & budget constraints.

🔹 Travel Requirements

✔ Up to 90% travel with per diem & project rotation. (Work on solar project sites across the U.S.)

What You’ll Bring

🎯 Required Qualifications

✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (Preferred but not required)
✔ 2+ years of experience in renewable energy project management (Solar/BESS preferred)
✔ Experience with Procore or similar ERP systems (Budgeting, procurement, subcontractor management)
✔ Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
✔ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills
✔ Willingness to travel extensively (90% travel required)
