Junior Buyer Job Description:
As a Junior Buyer in our Sustainable Buildings Division, you will play a crucial role in product selection and procurement, ensuring continuous stock availability and contributing to our customer value proposition through high-quality, sustainable products.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Senior Buyer in product ordering and procurement processes.
- Maintain strong supplier relationships and negotiate to secure the best product deals.
- Ensure timely product tracking and delivery, monitoring inventory levels.
- Compile reports on budgets, sales, and inventory status.
Requirements:
- Matric/NQF4 or equivalent with 1-2 years of experience in a buying role.
- Knowledge of Netsuite and experience in a related industry preferred.
- Strong numerical, organizational, and MS Office skills.
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
