Job Title: Lead Technician – Wind Energy
Location: Texas (Crowell or Seymour sites), Hybrid Work Available
Salary: $50,000 – $90,000 per year

Your Role:
As a Lead Technician, you will oversee operations and maintenance activities at our wind energy facilities, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. Your expertise will help maintain the high performance and longevity of our wind assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage operations and maintenance of wind energy assets.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to maintain asset quality.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities.
- Lead safety and performance audits, and support various on-site operations.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience in power generation.
- Experience with high voltage systems and wind turbine technology.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Physical ability to work outdoors and climb turbines.
- MS Office proficiency; NFPA 70e and OSHA safety training preferred.
