Key Responsibilities

🔹 Operational Leadership & Process Optimization

✔ Lead cross-functional teams in renewable energy (solar/wind) & synthesis gas production.
✔ Optimize production efficiency, minimize costs, and enhance operational productivity.
✔ Implement data-driven strategies to improve facility performance.

🔹 Safety, Compliance & Cost Management

✔ Ensure compliance with safety regulations & industry standards.
✔ Monitor operational costs while maintaining high-quality production standards.
✔ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sustainability & efficiency.

🔹 Innovation & Growth Strategy

✔ Collaborate with stakeholders & leadership to drive technological advancements.
✔ Develop and implement strategies to scale renewable energy & synthesis gas solutions.

What You’ll Bring

🎯 Required Qualifications

✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
✔ 5-10 years of experience in operations management (Manufacturing, Energy, or Renewable Sectors preferred).
✔ Strong leadership & team management skills in production environments.
✔ Technical knowledge of renewable energy technologies & synthesis gas processes.
✔ Proficiency in project management software & ERP systems.
✔ Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal & external stakeholders.
