Internship Overview
As an Intern – Power & Renewables, you will gain hands-on experience in China’s evolving energy markets and work alongside industry-leading experts. This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop quantitative analysis skills, energy market modeling expertise, and policy insights in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Support quantitative modeling & analysis of China’s electricity and renewable energy markets.
✅ Assist in policy research, data analysis, and report preparation for major clients.
✅ Engage with financial investors, developers, utilities, and regulators to explore market trends.
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a global, multi-cultural environment.
✅ Gain exposure to AFRY’s consulting projects related to solar, wind, and energy storage.
What We Look For
✅ Interest in energy markets, renewable energy, and power systems.
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – ability to interpret complex energy data.
✅ Excellent communication skills (Chinese & English fluency preferred).
✅ Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team.
✅ Proficiency in MS Excel, Python, or other data analysis tools is a plus.
