Key Responsibilities
🔹 Project Management & Execution:
✔ Oversee Owner’s Engineering projects from planning to completion.
✔ Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
✔ Manage cross-functional teams of engineers and specialists.
🔹 Engineering Review & Technical Oversight:
✔ Conduct engineering reviews for solar, wind, and energy storage projects.
✔ Provide technical input to design optimization and quality assurance.
✔ Collaborate with civil, electrical, and mechanical teams to ensure compliance.
🔹 Client Relations & Stakeholder Management:
✔ Draft and present commercial proposals for clients.
✔ Maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders.
✔ Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
🔹 Process Optimization & Reporting:
✔ Track project performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations.
✔ Implement best practices for project execution and risk management.

What We’re Looking For
✔ 5-7 years of experience in renewable energy engineering or project management.
✔ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
✔ Analytical and problem-solving mindset to optimize project execution.
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
✔ Proficiency in engineering disciplines (civil, electrical, mechanical).
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
💡 A background in solar, wind, or battery energy storage systems (BESS) is a plus!
