This 12-month contract role provides an excellent pathway into the renewable energy sector, with strong potential for permanent hire based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Support lead developers and the CEO in managing solar and data center projects.
- Budgeting & Cost Management: Assist in tracking project budgets, expenses, and financial forecasting.
- Land Lease & Permitting: Help manage land acquisition, permitting, and regulatory compliance.
- Contractor Selection: Participate in vetting and selecting the right contractors for project execution.
- Project Oversight: Ensure all project components align to bring a cohesive and successful project together.
- Reporting & Communication: Work closely with remote teams and report to stakeholders based in California.
Ideal Candidate Profile
✅ Entry-Level: This role is designed for someone eager to learn and grow in clean energy project management.
✅ Educational Background in renewable energy, engineering, project management, or related fields is a plus.
✅ Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
