What You’ll Do

🚀 Key Responsibilities

✔ Real-Time Power Dispatch Optimization: Monitor and economically optimize the dispatch of power generation, controllable load, and storage resources.
✔ Market Compliance & Strategy: Ensure continuous compliance with market rules and leverage fundamental market data for operational and trading strategies.
✔ Collaborate with Energy & Trading Teams: Work closely with Energy Managers, Real-Time Traders, and System Operators to align operations with customer needs and market dynamics.
✔ Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize real-time applications, databases, and spreadsheet tools to analyze market data and improve decision-making.
✔ Customer Interaction & Service: Engage directly with customers to address operational challenges and provide innovative solutions.
✔ Work Schedule & Travel:

✅ 12-hour shift rotations, including nights, weekends, and holidays
✅ Occasional travel for training seminars & customer site visits

What You’ll Bring

🎯 Required Qualifications

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Energy, Engineering, or a related technical field.
✔ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows & Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
✔ Proficiency in real-time energy applications, databases, and spreadsheets.
✔ Ability to multi-task, prioritize projects, and make critical decisions in high-pressure situations.
✔ Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
✔ Previous experience in the energy industry, power generation, or real-time trading (preferred).

🚀 Bonus Skills
✅ Prior experience in electricity markets, power trading, or grid operations.
✅ Familiarity with ISO/RTO operations (ERCOT, PJM, MISO, etc.).
✅ Experience working in a 24/7 control center environment.
