What You’ll Do
🔧 Key Responsibilities
✔ Solar & Battery Storage Operations: Work on Samsung battery systems in utility-scale solar farms.
✔ System Commissioning & Firmware Updates: Implement firmware upgrades and hot/cold commissioning of battery and solar systems.
✔ Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose electrical faults, replace modules, and optimize system performance.
✔ Battery Charging & Discharging: Manage Samsung battery operations, ensuring proper charging/discharging procedures.
✔ Safety & Compliance: Follow OSHA, LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), NEC codes, and industry safety standards.
✔ Technical Documentation & Reporting: Maintain daily reports and digital documentation of all work performed.
✔ On-Call & Overtime Opportunities: Participate in rotating on-call schedules and be open to overtime work.
✔ Travel Across the U.S.: Work on-site at various solar & battery projects nationwide.

What You’ll Bring
🎯 Required Qualifications
✔ High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
✔ Technical Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Fields (Preferred)
✔ Experience with BatteryMon & Electrical Troubleshooting
✔ Knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) & OSHA Standards
✔ Working at Heights & Construction Safety Training (Preferred)
✔ Ability to Work Outdoors in Various Weather Conditions
✔ Valid Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record
✔ Ability to Pass a Background Check & Drug Test
🚀 Bonus Skills
✅ State Certified Journeyman License (Preferred)
✅ ABET/EAC Certification (Preferred)
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Digital Reporting Tools
✅ Experience Working with Samsung Battery Storage Systems
