Role Overview:

As the Engineering Department Manager, you will provide leadership in all engineering aspects of our solar PV systems projects, from design through to completion and commissioning. This role is pivotal in managing complex projects, enhancing our technological capabilities, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the engineering design, development, and deployment of solar PV systems and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
  • Lead project management activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Ensure engineering projects comply with all relevant regulatory requirements and safety standards.
  • Manage resources effectively, including the coordination of internal teams and external contractors.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, providing technical guidance and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and mentor the engineering team, promoting continuous professional growth and technical excellence.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Registered as a Professional Engineer (PrEng) is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in electrical engineering with a focus on renewable energy, particularly solar PV systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in commissioning large BESS and integrating generators.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and simulation tools (Helioscope, PVsyst, PVSol).
  • Strong leadership, project management, and interpersonal skills.
