Your Responsibilities

🔹 Solar Farm Maintenance & Troubleshooting

✔ Perform preventative & corrective maintenance on solar PV systems & electrical equipment.
✔ Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical & control system failures.
✔ Perform thermal, insulation, & electrical testing to identify system inefficiencies.

🔹 Safety & Compliance

✔ Follow OSHA, NEC, & company safety policies.
✔ Conduct Lock-Out-Tag-Out (LOTO), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), & site safety meetings.
✔ Ensure all work is documented & completed per regulatory guidelines.

🔹 Operational Support & Reporting

✔ Monitor & analyze SCADA & plant operations to maximize performance.
✔ Use Microsoft Office & digital tools for reporting & documentation.
✔ Assist in substation & balance of plant (BOP) maintenance as required.

What You’ll Bring

🎯 Required Qualifications

✔ High School Diploma or Equivalent (Associate Degree preferred).
✔ 2+ years of experience in solar farm maintenance, power generation, or industrial maintenance.
✔ Electrical License or NABCEP Certification (preferred).
✔ Strong knowledge of electrical troubleshooting, switchgear, & substations.
✔ Valid driver’s license & clean driving record.
✔ Ability to work in extreme weather conditions & at heights.

✔ Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
