Job Title: Solar Sales Consultant
Location: Waco, TX (with travel across Texas and Central U.S.)
Salary: $60,000 – $300,000 per year (Commission-based)

Responsibilities:
- Educate and consult with customers on the benefits of solar energy and roofing solutions.
- Conduct assessments to recommend the best solutions for customers’ needs.
- Generate sales through referrals, networking, and canvassing.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.
Requirements:
- Sales experience, preferably in solar or roofing industries (not mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Independent work ethic with a team-oriented mindset.
- Motivation to succeed and achieve sales goals.
- Willingness to travel within the territory.
Compensation:
- First-year earnings typically between $75,000 and $250,000.
- Top performers can earn $350k to $1 million.
