What You’ll Do

🚀 Key Responsibilities

✔ Lead and support sustainability consulting projects, including ESG strategy, corporate goal setting, and sustainability program development.
✔ Perform carbon accounting and GHG inventory management, using Sphera’s database of 20,000+ emissions factors.
✔ Assist clients with ESG disclosures for CSRD, CDP, TCFD/ISSB, CCDAA, GRI, and other frameworks.
✔ Develop net-zero and decarbonization strategies for corporations and supply chains.
✔ Analyze corporate ESG data to identify improvement opportunities and sustainability risks.
✔ Prepare reports and presentations to communicate sustainability insights and progress.
✔ Collaborate with global teams to enhance sustainability services for clients.

What You’ll Bring

🎯 Required Qualifications

✔ 3-5 years of experience in sustainability consulting, ESG reporting, or carbon accounting.
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).
✔ Proficiency in ESG frameworks (GRI, CDP, CSRD, CCDAA) and climate disclosure reporting.
✔ Strong analytical & project management skills, with experience handling sustainability data.
✔ Advanced Excel skills for ESG data validation, formatting, and analysis.
✔ Excellent written & verbal communication skills—ability to translate data into insights.
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects & deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
✔ A collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to solving sustainability challenges.

🌟 Bonus Skills
✅ Experience in corporate ESG strategy and decarbonization planning.
✅ Knowledge of life cycle analysis (LCA) and sustainable supply chains.
✅ Familiarity with climate-related risk analysis & sustainability consulting tools.
