✔ Performing routine maintenance & troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical equipment.
✔ Overseeing installation, replacement, and upgrades of renewable energy components.

What You’ll Do

Technical Responsibilities

🔹 Monitor and maintain wind turbine generators & solar PV systems.
🔹 Diagnose & troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
🔹 Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
🔹 Oversee contractors performing system repairs and upgrades.
🔹 Ensure all work complies with safety protocols & regulatory standards.

Administrative Responsibilities

📝 Document maintenance and repair activities for compliance & reporting.
📊 Maintain accurate records of operational performance & efficiency.
📅 Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling maintenance activities.

Who We’re Looking For

✔ Vocational training or equivalent experience in wind/solar energy or electrical systems.
✔ 2+ years of experience in wind turbine maintenance, PV systems, or a related field.
✔ Strong problem-solving & troubleshooting skills.
✔ Ability to work at heights & in varying weather conditions.
✔ Commitment to safety protocols in renewable energy operations.
