Your Responsibilities
🔹 Wind Turbine Maintenance & Repairs
✔ Perform preventive, scheduled & unscheduled maintenance on wind turbines.
✔ Assist with mechanical, electrical & hydraulic troubleshooting.
✔ Follow OSHA safety procedures & conduct tower rescue training.
✔ Document all maintenance work performed & submit reports.
🔹 Safety & Compliance
✔ Complete Basic Safety & Tower Safety Training (GWO Certified).
✔ Adhere to LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) safety protocols.
✔ Perform work at heights up to 300+ feet with proper safety harnesses.
🔹 Technical & Administrative Support
✔ Read & interpret technical diagrams, schematics & blueprints.
✔ Operate Microsoft Office Suite & other software applications.
✔ Work independently or as part of a collaborative service team.
What You’ll Bring
🎯 Required Qualifications
✔ High School Diploma / GED & Associate Degree in Technical Mechanical or Wind Energy OR equivalent hands-on experience.
✔ Strong mechanical & electrical knowledge (preferred but not required!).
✔ Ability to climb a 300-ft wind tower multiple times per day.
✔ Comfortable working in confined spaces & at extreme heights.
✔ Must pass a background check & drug screening.
✔ Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record.
💡 Passion for renewable energy & a willingness to learn are key!
Physical Requirements
✔ Climb wind towers up to 300 feet multiple times per day.
✔ Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
✔ Perform manual labor & heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.).
✔ Must pass climb test & tower rescue training.
